How we work Your Wedding is one of the most important days of your life. Choosing a photographer who fits into your plans is essential. We have a process carefully designed to make sure that you get what you want from beginning to end. Initial Contact. You can "contact us" via telephone or EMail and we would be pleased to discuss our availability and arrange to meet with you either at our studio or in your own home. First Meeting We will meet and discuss your wedding, what you are planning for the day and what you want from your photographer and how we can help you. We will show you some of our work and discuss some of the services we can offer. We don't do pressure sales, just an opportunity to discuss how we could work together. At the end of the meeting we hope we will leave you believing that we are the right choice and with some options to choose from. Booking We hope you decide to book with us, and if you do simply complete the booking form and pay the non-refundable booking fee. You can "pay online" using our instant payment feature. This secures your wedding date in our diary and you can sit back knowing that you have booked a photographer you can trust to provide you with pictures that you will treasure s much as the memories! Engagement Photographs All the coverages come with a complementary engagement photo session. During this session we will get to know each other and take some beautiful pictures of you as a couple. You will have a complementary 8x6 image from that photo shoot and can upgrade to have extra pictures for yourself or your family. Planning About three weeks before the big day we will meet you again to run through the details of the day and make sure we understand everything we need to know about the wedding. This includes: Confirmation of timings for the big day Your special requests for photographes. Who is who of your family and friends. We often hold this meeting at the wedding venue so that we can discuss in more detail what you want on the day. The Big Day! We will do everything in our power to make sure that we capture all the photogragphs you have requested. Whatever happens we will ensure that you have a wonderful selection of photographs to choose from. Mark is friendly and highly professional, but above all, he knows that this is your day! Viewing your photographs Within a few days of your wedding your photographs will be ready for you to view. You are invited to come into the studio and view your photographs and re live the big day. After you have viewed them they will be loaded onto a private web site for you, your friends and family to view. If your friends and family would like some prints of their own they are able to send us their order and use our online payment function, we will then send the pictures diect to them so you do not need to worry about coordinating orders and collecting payment. Building your album When you have chosen the pictures you would like included in your album, simply send your selection to us and we will build an electronic version of your album for you. Many photographers just take you selection and give you the completed album, but we believe that this is your album, and you should be able to review and approve it so that we make sure it is exactly the album you want before is is produced. When you have approved the design we will produce the album ourselves and in a very short time it will be available for you to collect.
